You have the audience. I have the build.

I'm an engineer with 14+ years at Meta, TikTok, Booking.com and startups, 0-to-1, and I build and run my own products. If you have a community, a following, or a group that keeps asking for the same thing, I'm the technical half you don't have. Bring me something new, or take a share of something I'm already building.

What you bring

  • An audience or community that trusts you
  • A real problem those people keep running into
  • Distribution, the hardest part to buy
  • The feedback loop: you already know what they'll pay for

What I bring

  • The entire product: frontend, backend, database, infrastructure
  • AI and agentic features built on the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, designed in, not bolted on
  • Payments, auth, analytics: the parts that make it a business
  • 14+ years of production engineering, including trust & safety at TikTok
  • A track record of finishing: practice-interview.com is live and running

How we'd structure it

You get pitched vaguely all the time, so here are the actual shapes this takes. Any of them is a fine starting point.

Revenue share

I build and run it, you bring the audience, we split what it makes. Best when you want upside without writing a cheque.

Equity / co-founder

For something we both want to commit to properly. Real ownership on both sides, and a real conversation about vesting.

Join something I'm building

I already have products running. If one fits your audience, come in as a partner on it and take a fair share rather than starting from zero.

Affiliate

Lowest commitment. You point your audience at something I already run and take a cut of what converts.

Sponsored build

You pay for the build, you own it outright. Cleanest if it's your product and you want no strings.

What I'm looking for

  • An engaged audience. Size matters far less than whether they listen to you
  • A problem you can describe in one sentence
  • Willingness to start small and see if we work well together

I'd rather build one small thing well and see if we click than sign something enormous on day one.

Tell me the idea

A couple of sentences is enough: what your audience is, and what you'd want to build for them. No pitch deck required.
